Project process
- Before we can provide a quote, we schedule a meeting to fully understand your business needs.
- Based on the scoping meeting, we propose the most suitable methodology for your goals and budget. A detailed quote of 20 to 30 pages, specifically prepared for you, is then shared. If you accept it, it becomes the foundation of our mission.
- The first step is the kick-off meeting, during which we align on the methodology, timeline, and responsibilities of each party. At the end of this meeting, a written document is sent to all stakeholders. A consultant is assigned to your project and supervised by a manager, who becomes your single point of contact.
- The agreed methodology is implemented.
- Interim meetings are held to keep you informed of progress.
- We proactively send progress updates every two weeks at most and inform you of any potential difficulties.
- There are four deliverables:
- anonymised raw data
- data processed in our tools (e.g. PowerBI for quantitative data)
- a report in the format of your choice (PowerPoint, Word, ...)
- a workshop where we present the results. You then have the opportunity to ask any questions, and we answer them live whenever possible, directly based on the collected data.
How much does a market research cost?
Although each market research project is tailor-made, we spend on average 20 working days (spread over 2 months) per study. Entry-level prices start at €5000 excl. VAT for a customer satisfaction survey or a brand awareness survey. For our qualitative market research, prices start at €8000 excl. VAT. In some cases, subsidies of up to 60% are available, and we take care of all the paperwork for you. We do not begin the study until we have guaranteed that you will receive the subsidies.
We are able to give you a precise price range from the first phone call. A contractual offer is usually sent to you within 48 hours of the first meeting.
