The first really pragmatic book for small retailers and shop owners

This book will target especially small shops’ owners that are looking for practical and pragmatic ways to increase their revenues and satisfy their customers. We indeed believe that the “trends books” currently available on the market are way too expensive for SME’s and very unpractical. To give you an example books already exist that forecast the colors and atmospheres that will be trendy in 2 years. Such books sell for 500 to 5000€ and are merely a compilation of images, photos, without text. The reader then needs to do his/her own work and to process that information in his/her own field to come up with something tangible. Such books are therefore reserved for the advertising, fashion and creative sectors where people need to be fed with new prospective ideas.

Our intention is to offer something completely different. Not only may the reader expect accurate and up-to-date textual information with a lot of pictures. What we want also to offer is a practical tool on how to implement innovation in a small store and what to expect from it. We’ll talk about budgets, we will also –when the information is publicly available- deal with the returns one may expect.
