On 4 November 2013 one of our clients will open his food retail store in Brussels. Ethnic Food is a project launched by Steve Gravy whom we had coached for 13 weeks.
The initial idea (a seated restaurant) was completely reviewed taking contingency (experience, qualification, budget) into account. We ended up with a series of options that were taken into account to build the business and financial plan.
Not only did we help Steve develop his marketing concept, conduct his market research, find a unique selling point and attractive criteria of differentiation, but we went several steps further. We found for him the perfect location within his budget, proposed a B2B partnership with another client to develop economies of scale and generate more revenues, set up a partnership with a graphical designer and even proposed him a company for the construction works.
All in all it took us only 13 weeks to close this project. We held monthly or bimonthly 4-hour coaching sessions with Steve that allowed him to work on his project while remaining full-time employed.
Subsidies available for coaching services
The good news is that our coaching services can be subsidized by the Brussels Region and are therefore very accessible. Anyone wishing to start his/her own business can find here a perfect solution to manage the work/life balance while not compromising on the realization of a personal business project.
We’ll be beside Steve on 4 November for the Grand Opening of Ethnik food and will keep you update on how well he does with his business.
Good luck to him!Tags: market research belgium, marketing agency belgium, marketing agency brussels, marketing strategy
