IntoTheMinds was founded in 2005 to answer the marketing needs of SMEs. The mission of IntoTheMinds is to make available to SMEs the tools, techniques, and means  usually reserved for large companies and to improve their performance and enhance their growth.

IntoTheMinds was created by Pierre-Nicolas Schwab, the company manager.
After obtaining a diploma in civil engineering in France, Pierre-Nicolas began his career in Germany in the automotive industry for Audi. His Belgian adventure began in 2001 with Volkswagen and in 2005 he went to Solvay Business School in Brussels where he completed his Master in Business Administration (MBA) in strategy and marketing. In 2010 he obtained a degree in Customer Experience Management from Columbia University (New York) and in 2011 he completed his doctoral studies at the Free University in Brussels.
Pierre-Nicolas oversees customers’ projects and works personally on some of them, including coaching for  would-be entrepreneurs, something he enjoys in particular.
