Data Robotics : How my God !
Certaines sociétés n’ont pas encore compris l’importance de l’expérience client et en particulier du service client (le service client est une composante de l’expérience client mais en aucun cas un synonyme).
Après avoir posé une question sur le site de la société Data Robotics voilà l’email que j’ai reçu :
